El presumpte autor dels fets va realitzar tocaments a la víctima durant quatre anys

Agents de la Policia Nacional a Palma han detingut un jove com a presumpte autor d’un delicte d’agressió sexual a la seva germanastra menor d’edat. Aquests episodis, que van ser continuats, es van cometre durant quatre anys.
Encara que els fets van ser del 2019 al 2023, tot es va descobrir a la fi d’agost d’enguany quan la víctima, menor d’edat, va exposar a un familiar que havia estat agredida sexualment pel seu germanastre, el fill de la parella del seu pare. La menor va explicar que el presumpte autor li havia realitzat tocaments i que l’havia obligat a tocar-lo. A més que va ser forçada a mantenir relacions sexuals sense el seu consentiment. Així mateix, també va dir que tots aquests episodis s’havien comès durant quatre anys i que no ho havia denunciat abans perquè, en ser ella petita, va pensar que era una cosa normal, ja que es fiava de l’home.
En conèixer els fets, la familiar va alertar la mare i aquesta es va dirigir a un centre hospitalari perquè la seva filla fos examinada i s’activés el protocol marc interdisciplinari d’actuacions en casos de maltractament infantil a les Illes Balears. Posteriorment, es van dirigir a la Direcció Superior per denunciar els fets.
En rebre la denúncia, la UFAM de la Policia Nacional es va fer càrrec de la investigació, i gràcies al testimoniatge de la menor, va poder identificar l’home. Hores més tard, el jove va ser detingut com a presumpte autor d’un delicte d’agressió sexual.
